We are seeking an enthusiastic team player for the position of veterinary assistant.  Client communication/education, appointment scheduling, answering phone queries, assisting the Veterinarian and RVT, along with general reception and veterinary hospital duties such as cleaning, organizing, walking dogs and assisting with patient encompass the role. Alternating morning and evening shifts are required Monday-Friday.

Applicants require a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a similar role. Previous experience in animal care in related setting is required. Previous experience working at an animal hospital is preferred. Animal care diplomas and/or post-secondary education in a related field are an asset.

Veterinary Receptionist

We are seeking a full-time veterinary receptionist for alternating morning and evening shifts Monday- Friday. Client communication/education, appointment scheduling, answering phone and e-mail queries, general reception duties, hospital organization and cleaning encompass this role. Assisting with patient care and supporting the needs of the RVTs and doctors is also required.
